Dr. Hamid and Associates, a leading Bangladeshi law firm, was set up by Dr. Kazi Aktar Hamid in 1993 immediately upon his return from Ottawa, Canada. Before his return, Dr. Hamid was serving as a Legal Consultant of the Law Reform Commission of Canada (LRCC) under the Department of Justice, Government of Canada. During his time, the Commission was headed by Mr. Justice Gile Letourneau as the Chairman of the Commission..

2Do I need to come into your office and meet you in person to retain you, or to receive legal services?

It is preferable for you to come to our office so that you can become acquainted with the staff who will be working diligently on your case. Otherwise, when it is not possible for you to come to our office, we can schedule a date and time to meet with you at a location that is more convenient for you. In addition, we can facilitate business electronically to save you time and money.

3What will the legal fees cost me?

We are committed to providing you with the most cost effective legal representation. We can arrange hourly, contingency, and flat fee agreements. Depending on the nature of each case.

4What can I expect from you?

We spend enough time with our client on one to one basis to make out best defense. We give our best to our client. We are a research oriented law firm.
